I hear they're gonna put the .500 S&W in a Raging Bull.

-Anyone know whether true or false?
-If so, would it hold 5 or 4 shots?

[Please note: my 2 questions did NOT include asking for snide remarks about how Tauri are crap]
 
I'm pretty sure the Raging Bull frame isn't anywhere near big enough for the cylinder window they'd need. I sure wouldn't be surprised if they came out with a .500, though - they may even still call it a Raging Bull.
 
The Taurus Raging Bull in 500 S&W Magnum was at the 2004 SHOT Show, but I have yet to see it in production. I have linked to the pictures of the actual animal below.

To answer your second question, I believe it is a 5 shot. The gun is rated to handle well over 54,000 CUP in .454, the pressures on the 500 S&W run in the 39,000 to 49,000 range. I am not sure why the gun is not out yet, I think it would be a hit with it's size and price. Good luck and have fun.
