Does anyone know where to get taurus parts My extractor ratchet is damaged

I know it probably be much help, but did you try Taurus customer care? I am sure that they can get you parts. Also try calling numrich and ask them if they have the part you need. They may have got some and just have not updated the website. I hope this helps.

Not that I have any experience here....I was under the impression that Taurus weapons were lifetime warrented. i would try them first.

When I needed a part for a Taurus 85 I called and they mailed me the part at no charge. It did take me two tries to get the right part.

one more question does the ratchet have to be fitted or anything like that or can a new one just be put in

Revolver ejectors MUST be very carefully fitted, and it's NO job for a non-revolver qualified gunsmith.

That's why almost all gun companies will not sell certain revolver parts and will sell them ONLY for factory installation.

The need for professional fitting of revolver parts should not be understated. All too often I have people bring me revolvers that they thought they could fix themselves. It costs more in the long run to have a gunsmith fix something that they should have been doing in the first place.
