Taurus Raging Bull parts

I've been catching myself looking at the raging bull a lot here lately. About the only thing i'd change on it is putting a non-fluted cylinder on it and putting wood grips on it. I was just wondering if anyone knew of anything like that, or if some S&W parts are compatible. FYI it's for a .44mag.

Don’t know why you would want to replace the cylinder (which I don’t think is possible since it is longer than on a S&W, btw you can use heavier bullets that can‘t fit in S&W ;) ) but I think you can get Houge grips for it, I was actually thinking of doing that myself.
 
You can't exchange S&W parts with a Taurus. If Taurus makes an unfluted cylinder for the Raging Bull in a smaller caliber you can ream that out to .44 and have it fitted to your revolver. That is if you can get a spare cylinder.
