(I know alot of people hate this gun, but i wanted one)

I purchased a brand new PD from buds and got home and went to load it and the cylinder is very hard to open, i have to tap it hard with my right hand to have the cylinder open. Can someone tell me what might be the issue and how can i fix this.
 
Other than the cleaning, and lubricating as mentioned inspect to see if there is anything that seems to be causing the problem. If it is still very stiff maybe work it repeatedly to see if it losens up. I have never experienced a tight cylinder on my PD poly. The only time I had a problem was with some Winchester Super X ammo that for some reason were blowing the primers partially out.
 
I checked everything. Looking at the ejector rod it seems bent, the rod wobbles when i rotate it. I appreciate the feed back, i shipped it today to Taurus
