Taurus PT92 holster

I have the same gun, I'm really surprised that sourcing a holster is as difficult as it is. From what I've read, though, it looks like 92A1 holsters are compatible and the closest match out of the several options.

Here are the ones I'm looking at:

The last one is what I REALLY want. I have a stainless with rosewood grips, so I'd prefer the look of leather with it. I also prefer paddle holsters for versatility.

I have a Taurus PT92Af with the rail and ordered a Wilson Combat Low Profile II that fit perfectly. It is listed on their website I believe also for the Beretta and the Taurus 92

Got the 92 this week and took it out to the range today, love it!

still havent pulled the trigger on a holster yet though, anybody have any experience with these ones? this is the only retention holster I have found so far that is specifically for this gun

I have one on the way from Israel, not sure when it'll make it here. I think DeSantis has a belt holster with a retention strap as well for not too awful much.

I have carried the M9 for many years, in and out of cars, aircraft, and down range at the beach for three years. If not wearing a holster of my own make, I prefer the Galco Royal Guard, it is simple and easy to get on if you are wearing a defensive pistol everyday (key here). I just bought two Alien Gear 3.0 Super tuck holsters a month ago and I've been wearing a P227 Carry Nitron daily in the Alien Gear holster. Although the Alien Gear rig is comfortable (not more so than the Royal Guard), it is difficult at best to get set up into the pants and belt. I'm going back to my tried and true Galco...John Wayne didn't wear kydex.

I believe to a good holster should:
1. Protect the weapon so it will be available and operate when you need it.

2. Be relatively easy to put on and take off, so the user will wear it as much as possible.

3. Allow the user to unholster and holster as there are possible consequences for civilians for keeping a pistol unholstered for an undue amount of time after a gunfight.
