does anyone actually like this gun as much as i do ive put over 1200 rounds without any problems also if anyone has used the mag extension let me know if its worth putting on

Yes, yes I do love my PT-111. And I am glad to finally start hearing from those who do also. A few months ago I was beginning to think I was alone. I almost considered trading, boy I'm glad I didn't. It's a sweet package once you master the trigger. As for the second part of the question - no. How much will this take away from it's concealability? If it won't it could help grip and trigger control. Kevin

I really like mine. I don't have the grip extension and don't plan getting one. I purchased my PT 111 in January & it didn't have the built in lock. I saw two at the local gun shop last night and both have the built in lock.

I like mine too! No it is not a medium or full size auto that will take thousands of rounds and abuse like a duty gun but I didn't buy it for that. It is light, compact and holds 11 rounds. Mine has never jammed and is accurate at combat range. I feel safer for concealed carry knowing that the trigger is not light. I do think it has a better trigger than the Kel-Tec 9mm which seems very long. It is my favorite gun for carry but not my favorite to shoot. I don't like carrying an anchor around, the PT-111 fits the bill for me. I would buy something else if I just wanted to plink with it and was limited to one gun.

Sign me up for the pro side. I have had mine a couple of years and think it is a great pistol. Regards, Richard.

how refreshing to hear the little gun is great if people would just get a few rounds throgh it before knocking it the trigger pull was what attracted me because i carry it in my pants

I have had my PT-111 for about 2 years and it is a really solid dependable gun. Yes the mag extension is worth it to me. It is light enough to just tuck in your pants,or I had Lou Alessi make an ankle rig for it for me that works great(if you have flared pants). All in all it is a nice gun..PJ

I am thinking very seriously about getting the Millenium in 9mm, but I am concerned about the two fingered grip and the magazines. I see there is a mag extender available. Is this purchsed through Taurus is it after market, such as Pearce makes? Are they hard to find?
Also, are extra magazines readily available. The operative word here is 'readily'. The gun shop where I am thinking of buying says they are available, but would have to order and they have no idea of how long that will take. I am still waiting for extra magazines for an FEG PP clone, and I don't want to go through this again.

DAvid, yes the grip extenders are a great help, allows that third finger on the grip, which helps with the hotter loads etc. As far as where to get them you can order them directly from Taurus, took me about 2 weeks to get a mag and 3 extenders..not bad.I have been very pleased with mine all around...PJ

yes the titanium is out ive only seen them in 9mm though

As far as the titanium version goes, why spend $80 more for 2 ounces weight savings? Go to the web site and compare!
