taurus pt 709 slim help

ok guy I bought a 709 slim last tuesday for my lgs, and i can't find mags for this gun anywhere. So what are you guy that have this gun doing for extra mags? is there any other taurus mags that will fit the 709? thanks for your help and your time.

this took all of two minutes on google. i'll admit it is slightly over-priced, but if I was spending the $$ I am sure I could find others in stock. google is your friend

surprising how tough they are to find though, you can find the .40 740 mags everywhere for around 20$

Interesting. I'll keep that in mind. The one guy I know of to buy one, liked it, so it's on my list of possibles.

BTW, Firefox reports a certificate problem when I go to that site.

I tried searching for some, but couldn't find any in stock.

Taurus contracts the manufacture of these mags to a 3rd party and they apparently can't supply them in the numbers needed.

explorer also had certificate problem, I just clicked continue anyway and it came up. obviously not recommended, but its seems legit

I would personally email the company to make sure they are definitely in stock, a lot of sites will not keep up to date availability on their sites and you end up waiting for nothing but a refund down the road.
