I have a 9000s. It's not a bad little gun. The safety/decocker was very stiff to start with, but loosened up after use. The magazine hold 10 rounds in 40. cal, which is good for a gun in this size. It shoots very accurately. If I have one complaint it is that the gun is very wide. It doesn't fit inside the waist band nearly as well as my glock 27. I guess I favor my glock because of the size issue. I haven't been able to find a decent concielable holster for the beretta either.
I had a Taurus PT145 for awhile, it never malfunctioned, but the trigger was horrible.
My advice is to spend the money on a Glock, SIG, or a Springfield Armory 1911A1. Money well spent.
