Taurus PT-100 vs PT-101?

What's the difference? According to the Taurus Website, the PT-101 is "high capacity" having 15+1 capacity, or something like that. Odd that they'd be the same frame, then, since AFAIK, the Beretta 96 in .40 only holds 11 rounds...

I had a guy I know tell me he had a Beretta 92 that he could convert to .40 by changing the slide, I'm pretty sure. Am I mistaken? If that's true, do they use the same magazine? If they do, how many rounds of .40 can you stuff into a 9mm 15 round magazine?

The web site must be screwed up. The pt-100 which I own, is fixed site 40cal.
The pt-101 which my buddy bought after seeing mine, is an adjustable site 40 cal.
You get 11 or 12 40's in a 9mm 15 rd mag.

Well actually no you can't. At the shot show a couple of years back, we mentioned it to the Taurus rep, and he let us try and they were too big to fit on the 9mm frame. But you can use the high cap 9mm clips in the pt100's. The 20 rd should be like 15 or 16 as I recall.
