Taurus Model 66 sights

I have a Taurus Model 66 .357 4" which is less than 1 yr old. The blade broke off and I can't figure out how to get the rear sight off to replace it. I am hoping to get this done without taking it in or sending it in. Any help would be appreciated.
 
If I remember right there is two areas you need to take care of. First there is a small roll pin at the front of the rear sight base. This will need to be pushed out very carefully. Second, the screw for your elevation of the sight will need to be loosened. This should allow you to remove the sight. Be very CAREFULL there is a spring under the sight itself which sits in a well of the sight and the frame of the gun. DO NOT loose this spring. This should get the sight off. Hope this helps. Thanks for the info. I got the sight off and ordered a replacement ($45 from taurus) should be here in 7-10 days. PS I'm also from Bis ND.
