Just got this grip in the mail today. Ordered it back in February but they had to push back the release date for some reason. I know not a lot of people here care much for the Judge line but here's something that makes the Public Defender models exponentially better

I'm one on here that does appriciate the Judge, and especially Poly!
Those grips look great on her. The "ribber" grips than come on the PD Poly do a great job of taiming recoil, but look just plain dumb!
Let us know how she shoots with the new skirt.
Gonna have to put in order in soon to dress up my Ploy. :D

Never mind the part about how It shoots. I guess I'll find out when I get mine. Just sent in the order.

Yeh, you can just look at it and tell it will feel and shoot better than the short ribber grip, but words don't do it justice. Once you put it on the gun you'll know what I'm talking about

I like the way they look like they will fill the hand better for us large handed people. Looks like I better order me a set.

Mine arrived at the house while I was out of town for a long weekend. Put them on this afternoon.
There is a word.....Amazing!
That extra little bit of length for a full 3 finger grip make my Poly a whole new gun. Can't wait to get It out and shoot my new Public Defender Poly. As great as It shot before the Pachmayr Diamond Pro grips it's going to be even better with them.
Hum, wonder if they make them yet for the LCR? :D

My thoughts exactly.

I liked how concealable the ribber grip was but the amount of control you get with only a tiny bit more length far outweighs that on my scale.

I plan on buying this holster for it when they come back in stock so grip length won't really effect concealment much anyway.

Recoil was never really an issue for me with the ribber grip but with the Diamond Pro there's even less due to having the whole hand around it.

Overall, there's really nothing wrong with the ribber grip but the Diamond Pro is a better choice in every way IMO

I'm not really concearned with concealability. My Poly rides in a seven dollar nylon Crosmann Air Soft holster from Wally World. It fastens on a belt with a flap that is secured with Velcro straps. The Velcro straps just happen to hold the holster perfectly to the side of the drivers seat between the seat and center console. The primary use for Poly being a car jacking deterrant. The holster also works like It was made for a PD Poly when using It on the belt for snake protection in the woods.
