Taurus customer service

I've heard remarks referring to problems with Taurus' customer service, including something about a rather nasty note. I've ran a search but can't find the particular incident (I think it involved Tamara). Can anyone enlighten me, as I'm getting close to buying an 85UL?

I have had several Taurus revolvers (7 or 8). I still own three.
All were nice shooters. Two required repairs, including my 85UL (for light strikes to the primers). I carry this gun daily (occasionally swapping off a Kahr MK9 or Glock 19), primarily becaus of it's light weight and reliability (the MK9 and G19 are extremely reliable too, I might add).
Taurus customer service was fast and courteous. I've no complaints.
