Just curious, and not trying to start any brand wars: Does Taurus use MIM components in their latest products?
I ask because I picked up my new 44SS4 today and noted that the trigger has a certain "sculpted" look to it that appears as though it would be awfully hard to machine. I did not notice any cast lines.
Whether or not this part is MIM the gun itself is fantastic, a lot more solid than I expected. Locks up tighter than any revolver I own (Smiths, Rugers, and Taurii). Have to wait till later this week to see how it shoots.
