Taurus 669 .357 feedback

Just bought a Taurus 669 .357 stainless 4" revolver primaraly for teaching.

I teach 1-2 NRA basic classes a month, and as I love my Glocks and usually team teach w/ other instructors that have other revolvers and other semis, I am teaching more privates and needed to pick up a revolver.

Personally, I liked the way it shot. And as I am a woman that teaches a lot of women, felt that the grip was comfortable for smaller hands, recoil w/ the .38 and rubber grip was acceptable for a newbie.

Any feedback would be appreciated!
TIA

I bought a blued 669 witha 4" barrel about 8 years ago. It has never given me a bit of trouble and has been a pleasure to shoot.

The wife also loves it and glommed on to it almost right away. Sez it's hers now...

I've had one in stainless for a long time, and would never even consider getting rid of it. I've had Smiths and Rugers come and go, but not this one.

I had one a few years back. It was a stainless ported model.
Nice shooter, but it did break on me (trigger wouldn't pull, cylinder spun freely). Taurus did fix it...shot fine after that.
I sold it to buy a Taurus Tracker. I do like the tracker more then the 669
