I owned a 415Ti for a few months. I picked it up for $299, brand new, and I sold it for $300 about 75 rounds later. You can read a more comprehensive summary of my comments over at The High Road if you search on "415".
The ported barrel, a feature that I ordinarily do NOT care for, when combined with the "ribber" grips greatly moderated the recoil. The 21-ounce .41 magnum was not nearly as horrible to fire as one would think. Nevertheless, a crowd would gather when I shot the gun, and no one seemed interested in having a test shot.
Accuracy was fine, but not impressive. I was worried about some of the machining of the ratcheting on the star, but the gun always seemed to work (in the EXTREMELY limited workout I gave it). I got rid of the gun when I realized that 1) in my extensive legal work on attacks that would support an armed self-defense solution, single assailants are rare, and 2) there was NO WAY I was going to get the 415Ti back to horizontal before the second assailant brained me with whatever he might be carrying. And for mountain carry, while the thing was so light as to be unnoticeable, I still want the ability to shoot an attacking cougar/bear/dog/idiot more than once. Frankly, I could get an aimed second shot off faster from my SA Blackhawk .41 than from the 415Ti.
So, the gun wasn't for me.
