Has anyone had any experience with reducing the larger S&W Target triggers, with serrations, to the narrow smooth combat type? What method did you use? Thanks for any help
If you have a case hardened 1/2 inch target trigger you can easily sell it on ebay and with the money buy a smooth narrow trigger. This is much easier than using a small grinder and polisher - the old fashioned method.
Mine wasn't the case hardened trigger, it was about 5/16" wide with serrations, and I didn't like it. I don't know if they consider it the "target" trigger, or just the standard M66 trigger, didn't really care. I'm happy with what I have now.
