Tannite Paste

Could you make a tannite paste? To paste on back of clay targets and shoot with a rifle. So would the tannite return to a reactive state after getting wet and brushed on?

It's Tannerite not Tannite. No, it would not work very well at all.

If you are talking about making shotgun clays that will explode, the easiest thing to do would be to mix the stuff and put an appropriate amount in a small ziplock, then use some duct tape and tape it into the back of the clay.

That is what I thought, sorry but often drop letters when typing. Now to determine the smallest amount for a visible reaction at 25 to 100 yards. Actually easier using bags, so thanks.
