Tanfoglio/Witness Polymer

Would appreciate comments/reviews on the performance and reliability of the Tanfoglio/Witness Polymer 9x19 in both compact and full size version.Are the steel versions better? I am trying to decide on whether to get one . Thanks in advance and greetings from the Philippines!
 
Really like my steel framed Witnesses in 9x19, 9x21, 38 Super, 40 S&W, 41AE, and 45ACP.

Just don't care for the way plastic pistols feel or balance in my hand.

Welcome,

When I looked at the polymer, it felt slippery in my hand. I got the full size steel .45 instead and have been very happy with it. The one polymer Tanfoglio/Witness gun I have shot seemed pretty good, but my buddy said that it was "tempermental" depending on what load he was shooting. Hope this helps.
