Talo Exclusive

Not sure if I'm in the right area. What is the difference in buying
a Talo Exclusive Revolver? Is it more costly or does it acquire
more money as it ages? I see this on certain sights and have no idea.

I just bought a NIB Glock 19 gen 4 with 3-15 rd. mags, 3 or 4 different straps
and Ameriglo Front Night Sight with a speed loader for $558.00 and they called it a Talo Exclusive. Being a novice, did I get zipped?

Not really......the difference, as you noted, is the front and rear Ameriglo sights. The front being tritium and the rear U shaped. In my area, the price you paid would be market-price. You were not gouged IMO.

(By the way, I prefer those sights for SD use.)

Talo is a big distributor that has enough money and influence to order special/limited runs of guns from manufacturers like Glock, Colt, S&W, Ruger, etc. . The guns might have sights, finishes, barrel lengths, action work, porting, engraving grips, etc that aren't normally available from the factory. Because they are usually limited editions they cost more to start with and can retain their value or increase in value over standard versions of the same guns, depending on the number made and how they're equipped.

Lew Horton is another big distributor, they used to order special runs of a couple of hundred revolvers at a time. Some of those guns command big money these days.
