The Hybrid CCO is an extremely well done. The Trigger pull on this one is under 4 pounds-a bit light for many tastes but apparently the factory standard and quite manageable with proper trigger discipline. The front sight is narrow enough to provide good visibility in marginal light and this example hits right on at 25 yards with a wide selection of 185 -230 grain loads. Groups from the bench run from 2 to 2.5 inches and it is easy to shoot standing unsupported. The Tactical Oval grips are wider at the back than standard 1911-Commander- Officers Models and that along with the front-frame under cut make the recoil very controllable with Plus P loads. Capacity is 7+1, Weight is 27 ounces. Overall fit and finish (traditional tank blue/ anodized frame) are all top notch as is the Pete Single checkering. Price seems to be ranging from High $1200s into the $14s.
