Hows this for Tacti-cool ? just picked it up tonight for $300 (local want ad). The stock is a little beat up bluing is real good. After seeing that laser/ flashlight set up I had to have it :D I took off the scope and mounts think I'm going to leave it with the open sights When did they start putting the safety on the model 39 It had the original receipt in the box dated 1991

Can't be tacticool with a wood stock. You better hurry up & order one of those tactical synthetic stocks like one ebay. Get quad rails too if you want to go hardcore. And you need at least a flash suppressor.

Yeah, you're only about halfway to tacticool. You need a synth stock, ideally one with a collapsing or folding stock, preferably made by Tapco. Then some UTG rails and both a foregrip AND a bipod (Can't decide if you want to be an entry-type operator or a long range marksman? Be BOTH!).

:D:D:p:p

Wish I could remember the thread (I'll do some scrounging) but someone recently posted pics of an 1895 Marlin with a black finish on a wood stock. Not my style, but I have to admit it looked pretty good.

Technosavant, regular vert grips arent "in" anymore  you have to have a gripod because thats what the military uses

Seriously tho, seems like what Rob said. Probably just a coyote gun

You still have wood and a normal scope. Looks great, take the light and lazer off and your good to go, seriously would you tactically breach and clear a house with a lever act? :barf:

Nice rifle without the lazer and light though ;)

A scope, a laser, a flashlight and a nice looking gun.....$300?????? Man, some folks have all the luck:D What caliber is it?

Couldn't find a colapsable stock and rail so I removed the scope, lazer & light :D (sarcasam) I'll post another pic tonight.

Looks like a night time coyote setup.

Bingo in the front row! He used to shot them out the BR window with it
