O O6nop New member Jan 3, 2007 #1 I have a Blackhawk tactical vest and there are some elastic loops on the back. I can't figure out what they are for. There are 9 of them, 3 across and 3 rows. They are about 2" wide and 3" long. Can anyone enlighten me?
