I tried to sell my .410 H&R Topper (an old one) on Florida gun trader for 100 bucks. no Bites so hell I was ready to give it away. Then I saw ATI had a tactical stock and forend and a heatshield all was about 75 bucks. I bought It put It all together, Lopped 8" off the Barrel (19" now) and put It back on Florida guntrader for 325 dollars. There was a Bid war and I end up selling It for 425 dollars. go figure!:)

It's funny but it's unfortunate as well.

People make so much out of "tactical" these days and no one with that mindset really understands that it's really a term denoting usage.

I'd be more scared of the "nut behind the butt" than the gun used in a "tactical" situation.

The gun is an end to the means.

I guess that why so many aftermarket manufacturers rake in the bucks.

Okay. I'll explain.

Mindset precedes usage, and if I bop a perp over the head with a 9" skillet, then I've "tactically" employed the weapon (skillet in this case) in the end as a means (to use in self defense) to subdue the perp.

It'slike ya cant even sell a reguler shotgun. take a Mossberg 500 with wood stock and forend, be lucky ya get 200 bucks for It. put a tactical stock and forend and a heatshield and you'll get over 500 for It.
