I was hunting over the weekend. It was a nice hunt and birds were to be had. There was also some Sporting Clays in the mix.
I was using an old 12ga. Lefever Nitro special. Remington trap loads.
The problem was and is that the old gun fires both barrels if I pull the rear trigger first. It operates normally if I pull the front trigger first. Did the whole hunt no problem but it showed up at SCs when I decided to shoot the tighter choke first.
It'll go to a gunsmith. I am interested, though, in what the problem might be.
Suggestions? Ideas?
