Wath is the differense in German (M98/K98) vs. Swedish militaryMausers (M96) except the m98/k98 beeing 7.92mm the m96 6.5x55? :)

which one is best, in your opinnion?

The 1898 action has several improvements over the older Mausers (1893-1896). The receiver ring is larger and stronger (there are some 98 actions which have "small ring" receivers). The bolt cocks on opening and there is a better disassembly setup. There is a large bolt sleeve flange that deflects any gas coming back through the left lug raceway. There is a hefty safety lug. The extractor is made with a camming action to help extract tight cases. A hidden feature is the way the firing pin is made so the rifle cannot fire if the firing pin itself breaks before the rifle is fully locked.

The steel is basically the same, and workmanship is just as good (discounting rifles made under wartime conditions).

For the reasons listed above, especially the action strength, the early actions are usually considered appropriate to cartridges not exceeding 40-45,000 PSI pressure, while the 98 actions are considered good for 10,000 more at least.
