I am very interested in the SW 99, the Walther like Smith and Wesson. I would like to hear from the experts. Has anyone fired this gun, and long term experience? Does it compare to the Walther?

I didn't like the SW99 trigger and trigger guard. I found the SW99 trigger lacking when I compared to the Walther P99 Military that I bought. I also didn't like the smaller trigger guard, but that was just personal preference.

FWIW, I am very pleased with my .40 SW99 for reasons stated in the previous thread.

This seems to be a constant battle on this BB. Do a search and you'll see what I mean. :rolleyes:

Bottom line is that they are both good weapons, so try them both, and get what works for you.
