Three words: El Paso Saddlery. They make a couple of really nice concealed carry belt holsters. My personal favorite is the #88 street combat. These holsters are made from top quality 1/4" saddle leather with hidden steel supports at the muzzle end and the sides, and sweade lining. They are very high quality and only cost $50 for the no frills model. I haven't found holsters of this quality for less than $100 dollars from anyone else. Personally, I don't know how they do it so cheap.

The one they make for the 3" smith is very similar in size to the one they show at the far left of the web site. It's very concealable.

They make their IWB II holster for the S&W revolvers as well. Its good enough for me to conceal a five inch N frame, so the three inch L should be a snap.
