SW 629 V Compensated question?

Just bought a SW 639 V Compensated and it came with no owners manual. How do you get the crown off the end of the barrel to replace it with the compensated crown? Thanks.
 
I don't have the 629 V-comp, but I do have the 625.

The comp is held on by the allen bolt, that screws in from the front. IIRC... the manual is generic S&W revolver and doesn't really address the comp. However... you may want to call S&W customer service and ask them to send you a manual anyway.

The allen bolt is tight, regualr right hand threads. I think I had to use an box end wrench as a "cheater bar" the 1st time I swapped mine.
