Here's another forum that should be interesting to most and some of the newbie LEOs might even get some incentive to knock on the plainclothes guy's doors. The general topic is electronic surveillance, but many PI and investigative technologies are found here as well. They are building a database of past issues so you can download them and search through them for whatever interests you. Good hunting!!
