Two years back I purchased a Z3 combat light. Last night I noticed the rubber cover for the switch had ripped. I emailed Surefire late last night asking what I could do to order a replacement part.

When I got home from work today, I got an email asking for my mailing address. I wrote back immediately with my address. A few minutes ago, I got a message stating a new part was ordered and would ship immediately. No charge. No questions asked.

Definately 1st rate customer service.
