Supreme Court can rule on next election

Here's a little something to chew on . It is a pretty good bet that the next President will appoint between 1 and 4 Judges to the Supreme Court .So here it is . If those that are getting ready to retire (and there are a few ) believe the Democraps are the answer to our problems then they will retire while a Dem is in office . This will guarantee that Klintonistas get nominated . If they wait until the election then they are showing hope that the GOP gets in and appoints decent replacements .
So in a nutshell if no one retires soon then the Supreme Court is rooting for Bush .Simple huh ?

Sounds OK in theory, but,,,,
Part of the changing of the guard involves calling in past markers. Two names that I see as sure to pop up as far as nominees go are Mary Lupo and Ken Starr.
