Suppose it were Brown .NOT. Bush - Then what?

I suspect - even expect - not just flames on this post, but a battalion of flamethrowers connected in parallel... a veritable cremation - but here is my question...

Considering the deep pockets of both sides in this endeavor to conclude this election, what would be the current situation if Brown were the certified winner of Florida'a electors? Or Buchanan? Or Nader?

That would presume that they got the votes required to be certified. I would imagine that Gore would be doing the same thing he's doing now. Bush could jump either way. He might take it gracefully, then again he might not. It would depend on the vote margin I would think. Especially since none of the third party candidates got a double digit percentage in any state.

If on the other hand the third parties had gotten enough votes to make this a possibility, we wouldn't be having the problems we are seeing right now. Because the sheeple would have acquired brains somewhere.
