Hey guys I'm looking for suggestions for a nice set of both K and N frame grips.

One for a 5 screw K22 and the other for my 929 when it comes in.

I'd like something like the oversized K frame grips and wondering what repros or similar styled ones you like. It sports the standard size now but I was thinking I might wanna try switching to something a bit bigger.

For the 929 anything goes (material wise) I was looking at JM grips but I think I might want some checkering. I just cant stand Hogues. Perhaps VZ?

Pictures would be appreciated.

There's a guy on eBay from Thailand that makes some nice wood grips. I took a chance and got some for in my Rugers. They are very nice. Fit is good, and they are comfortable when shooting. I think altogether they were around 40 bucks. I can't remember his name exactly, but you'll see him if you look. It's something like Jaruwen.P.

I bought a 5 screw K22 Masterpiece with the magna diamond stocks and put some target stocks like these also from S&W. I bought them on line and got them in a few days. They are good looking and feeling stocks.

For N frame, I just bought nice round butt to square conversion grips from the S&W store site. A little pricey but so was the gun (625 Performance Center with those awful clown grips).

Not everything Hogue makes is ugly - utilitarian black rubber....

They make some nice wood grips....here are some...and I have some on my K and N frames ...with finger grooves, checkering and contrasting band of wood on the bottom.../ they look great.

This is the same N frame wood grip / I put on one of my model 27's...and they look great / and control the gun very well in and out of a holster in rapid fire drills.
