Suggestions for a Lefty Bolt .308?

Does CZ make a lefty bolt .308?

Tikka's T3 lite is looking real nice; what will outshoot it out of the box in roughly that price range?

Not looking for a Remington, Browning, Mossberg.

TY in advance for the advice.

I don't think anyone makes more left-hand actions than Savage. Anything with an "L" in the model number is left-handed. I counted a half-dozen just browsing the list of model numbers. There are enough there that you'll have to narrow your search to barrel and stock. Take your pick.

Ruger makes left handed actions, both in the Hawkeye series and in the Scout model.

I don't see any Winchesters cataloged, but at one time they were making left-hand short actions. Tikka makes left-handed rifles, but I know nothing about them.

Savage. They might not be the prettiest rifles around, but they are reliable and very accurate. Even better, they are available in left handed.

I'm a lefty as well and I bought a Savage 110 a few years ago in 7mm Rem Mag. Once you shoot a lefty bolt action, you'll never go back any thing else.

Tikka makes a great rifle,it's just too bad that Beretta USA will only import the T3 Lite in LH.
I personally don't care for the Tikka synthetic stock. It feels really cheap, but the wood stocked rifle is a nice one.We just can't get one in LH here in the states.

For more money, you can get the Sako with wood in LH. I know you didn't want a Browning, but they are a damn nice rifle,IMO.

All of my LH rifles are Savage.I like being able to change barrels/calibers at home in just a few minutes, with a couple simple tools.

Don't worry about a 'left handed' rifle. Just practice. Eight years as an infantryman in an Army that forgot to order 'left handed' M4's, M249's, M240's, etc., and somehow I survived. If anything, it just gives you another excuse to hit the range. :D

Might be true for some, but I shot a left-handed bolt one time and I absolutely could not make it work for me... I'll stick to shooting my right-handed bolt-actions "backwards".... After 20 years of doing it, nothing else feels natural...

My son is right handed but left eye mastered, so it is easier for him to shoot a lefty. We have a ruger, win 700, and cz. He likes the ruger the most.

Savage 10FLP gets my vote. With Hornady 168 gr. A-max it will put 3 into a nickel size group at 200 yards. I haven't had a chance to try it at 300-500 yards, yet. This is my 5th lefty. I love it!

My brother shoots lefty, bought 1 lefty bolt gun and couldn't stand it. He went back to a right handed gun and likes it much better. Could be because he is right handed, but left eye dominate. He tried for years to shoot right handed and struggled hitting anything. After we figured out he was left eye dominate and he started shooting from the other side he quicky became a much better shot.

Ruger makes a few lefty bolt guns too.
