<BLOCKQUOTE><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial">quote:</font><HR>NEW YORK -- The Geneva Convention, The United
Nations Charter, the Nuremberg Principles, the Helsinki
Accords and the U.S. Constitution have all been
violated by Bill Clinton, Madeleine Albright and William
Cohen, according to charges filed by the Commission of
Inquiry of the International Action Coalition.

Nearly 800 persons participated in the inquiry hearings.
Charges are primarily grouped around those of "starting
a war," the "deliberate targeting of civilian infrastructure"
and "violating and destroying the peacemaking roll of the

Yes, no doubt Klinton , Cohen and, Albright should face war crimes tribunal for crimes not only against Serbs, but crimes against Iraqi civilians, Sudanes civilians, and Afgans. But lets get the swine for Kosovo brutalities at any rate. The IEA,the International Ethical Alliance from Conn.,electronically filed a indictment July13 to the International Criminal Tribunal in the Hague which has tried prvious war criminals from the old Yugoslavia. Topping the list are charges against Clinton and Cohen for "nondefensive aggressive military attacks on former Yugoslavia, which have not been neccesary to defend the national security of the United States and are defined and proscribed in the Charters of the International Military Tribunal, Nuremburg, aug.8 1945. Clinton and Cohen are also charged for commiting actions that resulted in:1) the killing and destruction of homes of Serbians and other civilians from 25,000 sorties and 14.000 missiles and bombs 2) the use of antipersonnel cluster bombs 3) the use of specific types of cluster bombs designed to kill and maim humans and whiich are condemned almost universally. By the way charges against other NATO leaders have already been filed by organizations in England, Norway, Canada, aand Greece. my last comment is that "what goes around, comes around "and if we Americans remain blase about our governments actions around the world, someday that hammer will come on our own soil. We just cant keep beating on the rest of the world and expect no reaction.

War Crimes, war crimes, war crimes. Least we forget the bombing of the medical lab in Somalia and the bombing of an empty goart herders camp in Afganistan.
Lets try 'em and hang them and Slobo at the same time.
