S StrawDog New member Apr 30, 2022 #1 Cylinder will not budge, took off face plate, bolt moves freely. Problem appears to be inside the cylinder. How do I get at this? I’ve added oil and wiggled and wiggled and wiggled. Your thoughts pls

A AzShooter New member Apr 30, 2022 #3 Check to see if you had a squib. If so use a range rod of brass to gently hammer it back in. Do not use a wooden dowel. I've see too many break and you risk getting a very large splinter in your arm. Also, get a rubber mallet and tap the cylinder. This should get it out.
