Is the Stryker 12 ga. still considered NFA? If so what is the way to sell one that is registered at present? This question came to me from an ex Illinois State cop. I'm not familar with these things.
It's a Destructive Device and as such must have NFA paperwork submitted to the ATF along with a $200 tax. It's the same process as buying a machinegun, SBR or suppressor.
I got to checking around. Sounded like a lot of hurdles for paperwork. I did give the man a couple phone numbers to try. Not something worth the effort to do. Thanks guys.
