I have a crazy idea. I live just this side of Poverty City, but a few years ago, I started buying Central & Southwest stock (Texas electric supplier) for my wife's future. The dividend (small) gets rolled over to purchase additional shares (or parts thereof). Every year, I get all kinds of data from them, including my invitation to the annual convention and my votors authorization. One share of stock gives you a vote. Maybe what we need to do, instead of banning these anti-gun idiots, is buy a share or two (depending on price and availability) and start burrowing from within. Those of you that can afford stock investments, are you buying stock in these companies? They aren't going to worry much if you refuse to buy your left-handed blukworts from them. They might start to seriously worry if pro-gun folks were showing up as stockholders. Am I making sense here? To the other old farts like me, it's kinda like the tunnel systems in Nam. Let's make them worry about where we'll pop up!
