Stoeger M3K. 992r Compliant?

Hey there,

There are two models of the Stoeger M3K. One comes with an extension tube and one doesn't.

So it's safe to say the M3K with 10 rounds is 992r compliant as it's being sold to the consumer with the extension.

How about the 5rnd M3K. Same gun, just without the extension?

We know the M3000 IS NOT compliant based on parts.

If you buy a Stoeger M3000, you aren't Federal 922r* compliant. You can't put a magazine extension on it without replacing parts to US parts.

BUT!

The M3000 M3K has two versions. One comes with a 10 round mag. It couldn't have come into the US this way. This means it was imported and parts added by Stoeger to make it 922r.

But if I buy the M3K with the 5 round magazine, are the US parts already installed?

*Title says 992r mistype of 922r
