Stoeger Condor - Anyone have any experience?

Recently while at Dick's Sporting Goods helping my buddy pick out his first shotgun (he's been borrowing them from me and my dad to hunt with for years) I checked out a Stoeger Condor. It was priced at ~ $300. It seemed like a decent O/U at a good price - just what I was looking for (though I didn't know it then).

I use a Browning BPS, but I've always wanted an O/U for trap/clays, etc, but with a baby on the way, can't really justify the $$$ for most O/Us. Even the used Brownings, etc seem expensive.

Anyone have any experience with one of these. Are they any good?

Thanks in advance for any help.

The difference between high ticket O/Us and lower priced ones is oft longevity. The cheaper ones oft shoot loose in short order.

IMO, get a paper route or something for a few months and spring for something like a Ruger,Beretta,or Browning. Keep an eye open also at the range, lots of folks sell their shotguns after a year or two.
