Can someone fill me in one these guns, i know they are not Benelli but operate on the same principle. does anyone have one and how reliable are they:confused:
 
I had one a few months ago. Bought it at Dick's for $399.00 in camo. There are a lot of reviews on Shotgun World's forum about this critter. Basically, they kick more than I have ever been kicked, more like a mule. They cycle pretty good with high base shells but get indigestion with cheap loads, or low base shells. I figured that by the time I added a recoil system to it, I could buy a gas operated gun for the same money. It is a Benelli clone, but believe me, it ain't no Benelli. I traded it to some unfortunate and went on to something else. I suggest that you try a Beretta 390 from Walmart for less than $500.00. It is gas operated and you won't be ashamed of it. Turkish guns like the 2000 don't carry the pride of ownership that a Beretta does. A 2000 is not a fun gun.
 
Thank ya Ebutler i was just back from walmart looking at the beretta 390 think it has my vote as well by far and is of lot better quality:D
 
I agree with this last post also. Both of these autos are light years ahead of the 2000 and are fun to shoot. My Walmart only carries the 390 Beretta and 935 Mossberg. The 935 does fine with heavy loads. Gets indigestion with dove shells.

I wouldn't turn around for the difference between the 390 and the 930. They don't get heartburn with light loads.
 
Quillgordon, What is the gun you are referring to, the 2000, 390, or 930?

A Limbsaver is good but it is not good enough for the 2000. A pad may save your shoulder some grief but with a 2000, it won't save your cheek from a bad bruise.

You don't even need a Limbsaver for the 930 or the 390. They are gas operated.
