Here's something I'm running into with my Kel-Tec P32.
For the most part, the gun is fine. However, I seem to be running into a specific type of jam/misfeed problem. I've included a couple of pictures that illustrate what happens (photos not taken with live ammo! - Simulated)

There doesn't seem to be a consistent pattern to when the jam occurs.
Here's what happens when the jam occurs:
When a shot is fired the slide retracts and locks open.
The spent shell does not fully eject and gets stuck about half way out.
The jam can be cleared by ejecting the magazine, releasing pressure on the spent shell. When this is done, the shell either falls out through the magazine chamber or the slide snaps shut, allowing me to eject the spent shell by pulling the slide back.
The gun has had about 250 rounds cranked through it. Most often I've used Winchester 71 GR. FMJs.
I keep the gun clean and properly lubricated.
I've polished the feed ramp using a Dremel tool and jewelers rouge, to shine it up without removing metal.
Any ideas?
