I bought a lawman just called sti for one question, left message no one call back last year or so its been a battle trying to talk to someone down there, they use to be so good at calling you back. WHAT HAPPEN. anyone know

I called them about a month ago and actually got someone on the phone. Called last week and left a message. Call was returned within two days. Give them another call.

They have a new suit running things with a big change in philosophy. Consolidating (read dropping) models. They kicked their distributors to the curb.

I've been waiting a month for an ambi safety that was supposed to get there in a week.

In the long run it may be for the better but for now its chaotic.
