Steyr L - series, anyone no when they'll be available?

Would like to know if anyone knows of an approx. release date, as I would be interested in the .45cal L model.

Also, anybody know the specs on these models, bbl length, grip length & width, ect...

Is the Steyr L a certainty? I know about the S, but haven't heard anything definite about an L model.

I haven't heard for certain. There might be a possibility in a year or two. Might depend on how the M and S series do. According to reports from the last gun show, Bubits said the L would use the same magazines as the 1911 style pistols.

If there is a desire there, then send those emails and phone calls to GSI and Steyr on a regular basis.
