Stevens Model 11

I'm looking for a part for this rifle. It is a single-shot .22 cal., older with no serial number, patent 1904, and "Junior Model" stamped at the top of the bbl just behind the rear sight. Stevens Model 11 and cal 22 Long Rifle is stamped on the left of the receiver.

The action is a rolling-block type. Looks like there should be a knob on the block that is used to move the block down for loading, it also could be a safety. I'm looking for this "knob", or a schematic of this rifle.

Gun Parts of NY does not list this model in their catalog, but it does look similar to the siloute of the Stevens 14 1/2 Little Scout Rifle listed on page 199

I just found a picture of the model 14 1/2. The rolling block of my model 11 looks very similar, except mine is missing the knob. Also, the stock of the Model 11 is one piece and can be easily removed from the bbl/action by one knurled knob.

AR Black, you might also try contacting the people at The Small Arms Shop. They have a website at http://www.savageparts.com and specialize in older Savage & Stevens replacement parts. Hope this helps!

Steven, thanks for the link, I'll check them out...

Also, I finally was able to get the digital camera and post some pix of this rifle:
