Stevens 820 A Darn Shell Chucker

I have a Stevens 820 12Ga pump I really like, but lately, when loaded up, the next round in line chucks early, and I have to pull off the tube to get it out. I've resorted to using it as a single shot, but this just won't do. Replaced the cartridge stop, and this didn't solve the problem. Could it be I need a new magazine tube?

might try just bending the stop out very slightly. These seem a little soft and need tweaking sometimes. Good luck.
