Stevens 520-30 12ga with poly choke us/flaming bomb markings

Does any one have a clue about history, value, etc. Mom wants me to sell the gun, she needs the $$.
The serial numberis 35361, Stevens 12 ga Shotgun, has P markings with flaming bombs below. 28" barrel with a 2.5 inch Poly choke from the Poly Choke Company, stamped with US, marked with M in front of the trigger gaurd, missing front screw left side receiver, a patina kind of a finish.

Welcome to the forum. From the distant photos it is difficult to give much advise. It sounds like a WWII gun. There were many of these types of guns used to let the soldiers do recurational shooting. Value is not that much with this type of arm, usually @$200. More detailed photos would help.
