Status of the Second Amendment Foundation Lawsuit?

Okay, have I missed something? Has the SAF against the cities been TOTALLY dismissed? I have a guy on another forum claiming that it has been. I know that part of it was dismissed a while back, but I understood that the rest of it was still on going. What's the scoop?

Did anyone notice in the link regarding the SAF lawsuits, that only 26% of licensed hunters who were surveyed had heard about the lawsuits filed against gun manufacturers by state and local governments. This is a big problem. If we had more awareness of the attempts to further restrict our rights and demonize gun ownership, maybe we wouldn't have to bite our nails each election cycle.
 
Okay, with all of the sharp people here, I can't believe that no one has the answer to my question. I'm not talking about the Emerson case. We all know that the 5th Circuit hasn't ruled on it yet. Has the SAF lawsuit against the 31 cities who are suing the firearms makers been totally dismissed or not? The link to the lawsuit information on the SAF website has been removed and they are not answering my e-mails. What's going on here?
