Star Model A

Just acquired a Star Model A with two mags. Thanks to my silliness, it needs a recoil spring plug. Numrichs is sold out, anywhere else I can turn? As it's an early Father's Day gift from the wife, I'd like to shoot it on Father's Day.

Thanks ahead of time for all suggestions!
 
IIRC, that is the big pistol in 9 Largo; see if a recoil spring plug from the 1911 will fit.

I'll check Numrichs about the other models. I was curious about the 1911 plug, but the Star looks to be not quite the same overall size as a 1911.

Apex Gun Parts had them for the B. When I searched for A, it gave me the B, so I ordered two. A $7 each, with shipping of $5.75, I'm out less then $20, whether they work or not. And if they do, I'll have a spare! Thanks again for the help.
