standard grip vs boot grip

I have a 4" gp100 and want a set of badger grips for it. I can't decide on the standard grip or the boot grip. I have smaller hands and like the look of the boot grip better, im just not sure how the grip will feel since there is only 2 finger grooves instead of 3 on the standard grip.

Figure out how to get both in your hand, then make your choice. We can all tell you our choice but we aren't you, it has to fit your hand.

See above comment, which is a sensible one.

I will just add that I wouldn't be afraid of increased recoil with boot grips. It doesn't seem to happen with me. I have had boot grips on my Model 66 snub and it seems to change the angle of my grip but the increase in felt recoil is not major.

I've got smaller hands myself and decided I wanted to try a set of the Badger Boot grips on my SP101 (since they're smaller for CC). Luckly I got a good used set off a member here cause after 1 range trip with them I decided they just don't fit me like I wanted. I ended up selling them and went back to the stock grips.

You're just gonna have to see what works for you...
